QUANTUM IX UNITED INC. | Effective date: 20 September 2026 · Last updated: 1 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information is used when you play the mobile game Last Bus Panic (the "Service"), why, who receives it and the choices you have. QUANTUM IX UNITED INC. ("we", "us") is responsible for the Service. The Service is free to play, shows ads and offers optional in-app purchases. You do not need to sign up to play, and we do not ask for your name, e-mail address or phone number.
1. Information used by the Service
Game data on your device — progress, coins, items, tickets and settings. This is stored only on your device and is not sent to us.
Advertising data — the Service uses Google AdMob. When an ad is requested, Google receives your device's advertising identifier (on iPhone only if you allow tracking), IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device and app information, and how you interact with ads.
Purchase data — purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. The app receives the product and a transaction identifier on your device so it can deliver the item. We never receive your card or payment details.
Technical data — the game engine and in-app purchase library from Unity Technologies receive basic technical information (such as an installation identifier, device model and app version) to work properly.
Anonymous game ID and game results — the game creates a random game ID and a secret key on your device. It keeps them in your device's secure storage (Google Block Store on Android, the Keychain on iPhone) so your progress can be restored if you reinstall or change phones; on Android this storage can be carried to a new device by your Google backup. When our game server is open for this game, the game sends this ID, the key (the server keeps only a one-way hash of it) and your results for each stage (stage number, cleared or not, score, stars, play time and your device's region setting). It does not send your name, e-mail address or advertising ID.
Mission link (optional) — if an app signed in to your SuperX account (for example SuperLozzi) is installed and you choose Settings → Mission link, you confirm the link in that app. A game-specific link number and your progress records (stages cleared, play time and times) are then provided to your SuperX account, so that missions can be checked and benefits given in SuperX services. Nothing is provided unless you link. Purchase information is never shared.
Technical request to our server — like any internet request, requests to our game server reveal your IP address and basic request information (app and platform). We use this only to answer the request and keep the server secure.
2. Why we use it
to run the Service, deliver purchased items and restore your progress — necessary to provide the Service you asked for;
to run the mission link you turned on — necessary to provide that feature;
to show ads that keep the game free, and to measure ads and prevent ad fraud — our legitimate interest, or your consent where the law requires it (see section 3);
to keep the Service secure and fix problems — our legitimate interest;
to answer your requests and comply with the law.
3. Advertising and your choices
EEA, UK and Switzerland — before personalised ads are shown, the Service asks for your consent through Google's consent form. You can change your choice at any time with the Ad privacy settings button in the game's Settings. This button appears only in regions where the law requires it.
United States — in states with privacy laws (for example California), using ad data for personalised ads can count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information. You can opt out at any time with the device controls below: choose "Ask App Not to Track" on iPhone, or delete your advertising ID on Android. After that you will see only non-personalised ads. Where Google's consent tool offers it in your state, the Ad privacy settings button in the game's Settings also lets you opt out.
iPhone and iPad — the Service asks for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency before any tracking. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", your advertising identifier is not used, no ad-consent form is shown and only non-personalised ads are requested. You can change this in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Android — you can delete or reset your advertising ID in your device settings (usually Settings → Google → Ads or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
We do not sell your personal information for money and we do not share it with data brokers. Information goes only to these providers, each for the purpose listed:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or of us.
5. International transfers
The providers above may process information outside your country, including in the United States. The information is transferred over the internet when you use the Service. Where required (for example for users in the EEA and UK), transfers rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses used by these providers. Users in Korea: the items, recipients, countries, purposes and timing of overseas transfers are listed in section 4, and retention periods in section 6; you may refuse personalised advertising as described in section 3.
6. How long information is kept
Game data on your device — until you delete the app or its data.
Advertising data — kept by Google under its own retention policy.
Anonymous game ID, progress and link information on our game server — deleted after 24 months without use, or earlier when you delete it (see section 8).
Individual stage reports — deleted automatically after 30 days (only your overall progress is kept).
Server request logs — kept for 14 days for security and troubleshooting, then deleted. The server does not store your IP address separately.
E-mails you send us — as long as needed to answer you and meet legal obligations.
7. Children
The Service is for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your rights and deleting your data
Depending on where you live (for example in the EEA, the UK, Korea or US states such as California) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, to opt out of personalised ads, and to withdraw consent. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Uninstalling the Service deletes the game data on your device. The anonymous game ID kept in your device's secure storage is not removed by uninstalling.
Server data — an upcoming update adds a Delete my data button to the game's Settings, which deletes your records and any mission link on our server. Until that update is released, this game does not create an account or keep records on our game server.
To end a mission link, use Delete my data in the game's Settings once it is available, or e-mail us with your SuperX account details so that we can find the link.
Ad choices can be changed at any time as described in section 3.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority — for example your local authority in the EEA, the UK Information Commissioner's Office, or the Personal Information Protection Commission in Korea.
9. Security
Information sent between the Service and our server is encrypted in transit, and access to our systems is restricted. No service is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
10. Changes
We may update this policy, for example when we add new features. We will change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the Service.
