Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use this service (the "Service"), why, and the choices you have. The Service is free to play, shows advertising and offers optional in-app purchases.

1. Information we collect

• Gameplay data — levels played, results, scores, stars, coins, items used, play time and settings. Stored on your device; if you link an account it is also sent to our servers.
• Device and app information — device model, operating system, language, time zone, app version and a device identifier generated for the Service. Used to run the service, fix problems and prevent abuse.
• Account information (only if you link an account) — when you choose "Link Google account" we receive an identity token from Google and use it to create or sign in to your SuperX account. We receive your Google account identifier and e-mail address. We never receive your Google password.
• Purchase information — purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We receive the product purchased and a transaction identifier / receipt so that we can deliver the item and prevent duplicate delivery. We do not receive your card details.
• Advertising data — the Service uses Google AdMob. AdMob may collect the advertising ID of your device, IP address, approximate location derived from it, and ad interaction data, in order to show and measure ads. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

2. How we use information

• to operate the Service, save progress and deliver purchased items and rewards (including rewards in partner apps that you choose to connect, such as SuperLozzi missions);
• to show advertising, including rewarded ads that you choose to watch;
• to understand how the Service is played and improve it;
• to detect fraud and enforce our Terms of Use;
• to answer your requests.

3. Advertising and your choices

Where required by law (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland) the Service asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings → Copyright & licenses → Ad privacy settings. On any device you can reset or limit the advertising ID in the system settings. If you decline personalised ads you will still see ads, but they will not be based on your interests.

4. Sharing

We share information with service providers that help us run the Service — Google (AdMob, Google Play, Sign-In), Apple (App Store, Sign in with Apple), Unity Technologies (game engine) and our hosting providers — and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Children

The Service is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Retention

Gameplay and account data are kept while your account is active. Purchase records are kept as long as required by tax and accounting law. Data stored only on your device is removed when you uninstall the Service.

7. Your rights and deleting your data

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To delete your account and the data linked to it, e-mail support@lfbe.io from the address of the linked account with the subject "Delete my account". We complete requests within 30 days. If you never linked an account, uninstalling the Service removes the data stored on your device.

8. International transfers and security

Information may be processed in countries other than yours. We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect it, but no service is completely secure.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the Service.
