Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of this service (the "Service") provided by QUANTUM IX UNITED INC. ("we"). By installing or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). If you are under the age of majority, your parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Service for non-commercial entertainment. All characters (including the Lozzi Friends characters), artwork, music, text and code are owned by QUANTUM IX UNITED INC. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or reverse engineer the Service or its assets except where the law allows it.

3. Virtual items and purchases

• The Service includes virtual currency ("coins") and items. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred. You receive a limited licence to use them in the Service; you do not own them.
• Purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or by the store's refund policy.
• We may change prices, availability and the effect of items, and we may balance the Service at any time.

4. Advertising and rewards

The Service shows ads. Rewarded ads give an in-game benefit only when the ad is watched to the end. Ad availability is not guaranteed.

5. Accounts and connected services

Linking a Google or Apple account creates or signs in to a SuperX account. You are responsible for activity on your account. Rewards in connected services (for example SuperLozzi missions) are also subject to the terms of those services.

6. Fair play

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use automation, tamper with the Service or its servers, or use the Service for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and remove items obtained by doing so.

7. Changes and availability

We may update, suspend or discontinue the Service or any feature. If we discontinue the Service we will give reasonable notice in the Service where possible.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the six months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the consumer law of your country.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the country where QUANTUM IX UNITED INC. is established, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
